We take care of most of the repairs around your home, but there are a few general maintenance tasks that are your responsibility. To make things easier, we've put together a list of who handles what, so you know exactly what to expect.

Leaseholder repair responsibilities
As a leaseholder, you are responsible for maintaining and repairing everything inside your property. However, there are some exceptions depending on whether you live in an apartment or a house.

Gutter clearing
Our Estates Team has been carrying out gutter clearing from summer through winter, completing work at around 40 properties, including several routine schemes. In February, we’ll be sending the team out again, aiming to double the number of properties completed.
Routine repairs update
We're currently prioritsing emergency and urgent repairs to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our tenants. As a result, any routine repairs will be scheduled as and when we're able.
