Kathryn is head of the Property Team and is ultimately responsible for making sure all homes are well maintained and safe for you and your families. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience within housing, compliance, and health and safety. Before coming to the Group Kathryn worked in one of the biggest hospitals in the UK.

Strategic Property Manager, Becky
Becky has a wealth of experience in the sector, most recently as Commercial Property Officer. Becky’s role will transform the Group’s approach to property management and sustainability across its housing portfolio, making positive, sustainable improvements to homes that will help local people to thrive.
Compliance and Health & Safety Manager

Property Surveyors
All of our surveyors have their own ‘patch’ to cover and carry out property, safety and compliance inspections such as asbestos checks, mould and damp checks and fire door inspections, support complaints and investigations too. They are out and about all day every day supporting customers and contractors to ensure we’re providing thriving homes and shared spaces for our customers.
Property Coordinators
All of our Property Coordinators ensure the smooth and timely delivery of compliance and servicing works. Working across the Group to coordinate appointments with customers and contractors.
Estates Team
Everyone in our Estates Team are involved in the day to day maintenance and upkeep of our communal gardens and grounds. Tree management, minor voids works, general fencing and landscaping and also caretaking duties in our villages and schemes.
Void Specialist
The Void Specialist is responsible for collaborating with teams across the Group to ensure that void properties are managed, repaired and let in the most efficient and effective way, minimising cost and maximising customer experience.
