Supporting you when you've experienced an offence or incident that is motivated by your race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
Reporting issues
There are three different levels of ASB, hate, crime or noise nuisances. The response time detailed below, is how quick we aim to get back to you after you report it to us.
- Hate crimes
- Threats, harassment or intimidation
- Violence
- Domestic abuse
- Some illegal and criminal behaviour
Call 999 when something like theft is in progress or if someone is in immediate danger.
- Noise nuisance (like loud music or excessive arguing)
- Damage to property
- Misuse of communal areas
- Abusive behaviour
- Sub-letting or not living in the property
Call 101 to report any non-emergency incidents, to the police like harassment or vandalism.
- Vehicle and parking issues
- Litter or fly-tipping
- Untidy gardens
- Pet or animal nuisance
Contact Staffs Housing to report non-criminal anti-social behaviour, such as noise disturbance or pet fouling.
