Thanks for coming to our every customer counts roadshow!

This September, we’re hosting customer events across our neighbourhoods to give you the chance to speak to our teams.

Starting from 10 September, teams from across Honeycomb Group and Staffs Housing will be visiting you in your schemes and communities.

There will be staff on hand to talk to you about some exciting things going on behind the scenes, like the launch of our new corporate plan, our new neighbourhood model, the launch of our new customer voice strategy, and how you can get involved.

There will also be an opportunity for you to meet our new Head of Customer and Neighbourhoods Giles, whose role will be to create and implement a customer-focused strategy and will oversee the running of our new customer hubs.

We’re committing to making sure that your voice is heard and is used to continually shape and improve our homes and services.

Staff from across our Neighbourhoods, Property, Customer Hub, and Customer Voice teams will visit schemes from across our three neighbourhood patches, at the below dates and times:

Visit us in our villages and customer hubs
Bradeley Village – 10 September 1.30-2.30pm
Rowan Village – 11 September 10-11.00am
West End Village – 12 September 1-2pm

Gladstone: Alhambra Court, Longton, ST3 4GB – 11 September 1.30-3pm
Wedgwood: Oliver Lodge, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 1NY – 16 September 12-1.30pm  
Moorcroft: Ellgreave Street, Middleport, ST6 4DH – 17 September 10-11am

We’ll be giving out free tea, coffee, and other refreshments, so why not come along and speak to our teams at an event near you!
