We’re proud to finally unveil our new website, and wanted to say a big thank you for your support along the way. We’ve listened to your feedback and built the site around your unique insights, so let’s take a look together…
Support made easy
You told us you’d love one place to access all of our support resources, so we’ve added a new Support Hub to the website. This is filled with information about money advice, anti-social behaviour, adapting your home, safeguarding, domestic abuse and support for over 50s.
Another update to our website is the Self-Referral Hub, which allows you to refer yourself for support directly through the site. This easy-to-use feature means you can quickly get the help you need, without having to wait or navigate through multiple pages.
Making it easier for you to get involved
You also said you wanted an easy way to connect with us. Whether it’s about customer engagement and volunteering opportunities, or managing feedback and complaints, you wanted it to be as simple as possible. So, we’ve introduced a digital Customer Hub, where you can access all these services in one place.

We understand that everyone has different needs when it comes to accessing information. That’s why we have made sure that our new website is accessible to all.
Not only is this a priority for us, but it’s something that’s important to you too. Through feedback sessions you told us that our digital presence needed to be accessible, with the right tools to meet a wide range of accessibility needs.

You'll find easy navigation, quick access to key information, and even an accessibility tool panel that lets you adjust text sizes and colours to suit your preferences. Whether you're tech-savvy or new to online services, our website is simple to navigate, so you can always find what you're looking for.
