Anti-social behaviour awareness week: we're here to listen and help!

Two Front Doors

Anti-social behaviour awareness week: we're here to listen and help!

At Staffs Housing, we are committed to creating vibrant, safe, and welcoming communities for all of our residents. That’s why we are proud to mark Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week, a time to raise awareness, share information, and take action together with our tenants to reduce the impact of anti-social behaviour in our neighbourhoods.

This week is all about working with YOU—our residents—to ensure that your voices are heard, and your concerns are addressed. Whether you’re dealing with noise, harassment, vandalism, or other forms of anti-social behaviour, we want to help you stop these issues from affecting your life.

Drop-in sessions with Our Anti-Social Behaviour Specialist

Throughout ASB Awareness Week, we are hosting drop-in sessions where you can speak directly with our Anti-Social Behaviour Specialist. These sessions provide a safe, informal opportunity for you to discuss any concerns or experiences you’ve had with anti-social behaviour in your home or community.

No appointment is necessary

Just come along and chat with us. Our specialist is here to listen, offer support, and guide you on the best steps to take to resolve the issues you're facing.

Staying anonymous

If you feel more comfortable staying anonymous, that’s perfectly fine! We understand that some people might not want to give their personal details, and we respect that. You can speak up without revealing your identity, and we’ll still take action to investigate and help where needed.

We’re working together for safer communities

We know that ASB can have a huge impact on quality of life, and we take it very seriously. That’s why we’re not tackling this alone. During ASB Awareness Week, we are working closely with the police, the local council, and a range of support agencies to ensure that our residents have access to the help they need. Whether it’s helping you with legal action, providing mental health support, or connecting you with community resources, we’re here to support you.

By joining forces with these partners, we are building a strong network of support for our tenants. This collective approach ensures that we can take the right action and offer tailored assistance when needed.

Why talking about ASB matters

The more we talk about anti-social behaviour, the better equipped we are to tackle it. We believe that open conversations are key to reducing ASB in our neighbourhoods. When residents feel comfortable reporting issues or talking about what’s happening in their communities, it helps us take the necessary steps to address the problem early on.

ASB Awareness Week is an important opportunity to remind us all that we’re in this together. By sharing your experiences and concerns, you can help us create safer, more peaceful neighbourhoods for everyone.
