“This month our property services team have been busy helping to improve homes and schemes across Hilderstone, Biddulph, and Newcastle”, explains Adrian.

“We’re always committed to keeping you safe, and ensuring your homes remain quality affordable homes.

“Maintaining homes by replacing windows, doors, or upgrading heating systems are just one of the ways we do it.

“This month, we completed a mini project of planned improvement works after receiving feedback from our residents.

“Thank you to all those who go in touch. Your feedback has gone on to improve your scheme for the benefit of your neighbours and your community.

"The team got to work in Hilderstone, replacing the windows and doors at Farm View helping to make homes more energy efficient and keep the heat in.

"Then we visited Biddulph for improvement works across Wickenstones and Shakespeare Court. There we replaced windows again to keep homes warm and energy efficient.

"Then on top of that we also made improvements in Newcastle-under-Lyme too. At Highfield Court we replaced the windows to help keep homes warm and energy efficient. Then at Rhodes Court, we updated the heating system. Replacing storage heaters and replacing the invented tank. Although there's still some work to be done at Rhodes Court, we're hoping the works will help to improve energy efficiency and keep the heat homes for residents there too."

Adrian shares how with the start of the new financial year, the team is committed to keeping improvement works ongoing.

“With the start of a new financial year, we’re keen to get cracking with other improvement projects across our schemes”, Adrian continued.

“We are aware that the current financial climate is making things a little trickier, and I’d like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding.

“We’re going to be sharing more updates like this so you can see how we’re committed to improving homes and keeping you safe for the long-term.”
